Refund policy

At AJD by Anisha Desai,

We follow the following exchange and refund policies

• We do not issue any refunds or Store credits.
• As all our products are made to order and handcrafted, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. 
• Kindly check the size guide before placing an order, as we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
• Returns shall only be accepted in case of genuine product damage i.e. during delivery or any manufacturing defect. Please photograph this as soon as you open the package and write to us  within 5 to 7 hours of delivery. The team shall get back to you with a solution.
• We do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option
